Terms of Service

Effective date: 24 August 2026  |  Last updated: 24 August 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to binsaleemapparel.com and your enquiries, quotation requests, purchases and other dealings with Bin Saleem Apparel (“Bin Saleem Apparel”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using our website, approving a quotation, paying an invoice or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Our Services

Bin Saleem Apparel manufactures and supplies custom and bulk apparel, which may include uniforms, T-shirts, polo shirts, sportswear, tracksuits, nightwear, medical and healthcare clothing, women’s apparel, caps, embroidery, printing, private-label products and related services. Product availability, minimum order quantities, materials, customisation options and production capacity may vary.

2. Eligibility and Business Information

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to place an order. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate contact, billing, delivery, tax, company and order information. If you act for a company or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to approve quotations and place orders on its behalf.

3. Enquiries and Quotations

  • A website enquiry or quotation request does not create a confirmed order.
  • Quotations are based on the information available at the time, including design, material, quantity, sizing, customisation, packaging, delivery and currency requirements.
  • Unless a quotation states otherwise, it may be revised or withdrawn before written approval and receipt of the required payment.
  • Changes to quantities, specifications, artwork, delivery destination, taxes, duties, freight costs or exchange rates may result in a revised price and timeline.
  • Any quotation validity period stated on the quotation or invoice will apply.

4. Order Confirmation

An order becomes confirmed only after we have accepted it in writing and received the required advance payment or full payment. Your approved quotation, invoice, specification sheet, sample approval and written communications may together form the order agreement. If those documents conflict, the most recently approved written specification or invoice will normally take precedence.

5. Minimum Order Quantities

Minimum order quantities may apply according to the product, fabric, colour, design, printing, embroidery or packaging method. We will communicate applicable minimum quantities during the quotation process. Any exception must be approved by us in writing and may affect unit pricing.

6. Samples, Designs and Approvals

  • Sample development, artwork preparation, digitising, pattern development, shipping and revisions may involve separate charges.
  • Production samples are intended to show the general design, fit, construction and appearance. Reasonable differences may occur between samples and bulk production.
  • You are responsible for carefully checking and approving measurements, spelling, colours, logos, placement, artwork, labels, packaging and all other specifications.
  • Your written or electronic approval authorises us to proceed. We are not responsible for an error that appeared in material you approved unless we later agreed in writing to correct it.
  • Changes requested after approval may require additional payment and may extend the production timeline.

7. Customer-Supplied Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of logos, artwork, trade marks and other content you supply. You grant us a limited licence to use that content to prepare samples, manufacture, package and fulfil your order. You confirm that you own or have permission to use all supplied content and that it does not infringe another party’s rights. You agree to be responsible for claims or losses resulting from unauthorised customer-supplied content.

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, our website content, original photographs, graphics, text, layouts, production methods, patterns and other proprietary materials remain owned by or licensed to Bin Saleem Apparel and may not be copied or commercially used without permission.

8. Product Specifications and Reasonable Variations

Apparel manufacturing involves natural and production-related variation. Reasonable differences may occur in fabric shade, texture, weight, measurements, stitching, print position, embroidery, colour appearance and finishing. Screen displays and photographs may not reproduce colours exactly. Industry-acceptable tolerances and reasonable variations that do not materially affect the agreed use of the product will not normally be treated as defects.

9. Prices, Taxes and Payment

  • Prices are shown or quoted in the currency stated on the website, quotation or invoice.
  • Unless expressly included, prices may exclude delivery, insurance, bank charges, currency-conversion fees, customs duties, import taxes, withholding taxes and other destination charges.
  • Payment schedules, including any advance payment and remaining balance, will be stated in the quotation or invoice.
  • Production may not begin until cleared payment and all required approvals have been received.
  • We may pause production or withhold dispatch if a payment is late, reversed, disputed or incomplete.
  • You are responsible for charges imposed by your bank, payment provider, customs authority or local government.

10. Production and Delivery Estimates

Production and delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly guarantee a date in writing. Timelines generally begin after cleared payment, final specifications and approvals are received. Delays may result from late customer responses, requested changes, material availability, quality-control requirements, carriers, customs, public holidays, weather, labour disruption or events beyond our reasonable control.

11. Shipping, Customs and Risk

  • We may use third-party couriers, freight forwarders and logistics providers.
  • International customers are responsible for confirming local import requirements and for paying customs duties, taxes and clearance charges unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
  • You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and remain available to receive or clear the shipment.
  • Additional costs resulting from an incorrect address, refusal, failed delivery, storage, redelivery or customs delay may be charged to the customer.
  • Risk of loss or damage passes according to the delivery terms stated in the quotation or invoice. If no specific terms are stated, risk normally passes when the shipment is delivered to the address provided.

12. Inspection and Defect Claims

You should inspect the goods promptly after delivery. Any claim concerning shortages, incorrect items, visible damage or manufacturing defects should be submitted in writing within seven calendar days of delivery, together with the order or invoice number and clear photographs or other reasonable evidence. You must keep the affected goods unused and available for inspection while the claim is reviewed.

If we confirm a material manufacturing defect or error for which we are responsible, we may, at our reasonable discretion, repair, replace or refund the affected goods or provide another appropriate remedy. A remedy applies only to the confirmed affected quantity.

13. Returns, Exchanges and Custom Goods

Custom-made, branded, embroidered, printed, altered, private-label and bulk-produced goods are made to approved specifications and generally cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind, incorrect customer-provided information or over-ordering. Returns must not be sent without our written authorisation. Approved returns must follow the instructions we provide.

14. Cancellations and Order Changes

Cancellation or reduction of a confirmed custom order is subject to our written approval. Deposits and payments may be non-refundable to the extent that we have incurred costs or committed resources, including fabric, trims, labour, sample development, printing, embroidery, packaging and administration. If cancellation is accepted, we may deduct completed work, committed costs and reasonable cancellation expenses before determining whether any balance is refundable.

15. Website Use

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content for improper commercial use, submit false information, impersonate another person or use the website for unlawful or fraudulent activity. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, our business or other users.

16. Website Information and Availability

We aim to keep website information accurate, but product descriptions, images, quantities, features and availability may change. Website content is general information and does not override an approved quotation, invoice or specification. We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available.

17. Third-Party Services

Our website or order process may involve third-party payment, hosting, communication, social media, courier or other services. Their separate terms and policies may apply. We are not responsible for a third party’s independent acts, omissions, systems or service availability, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bin Saleem Apparel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, goodwill or business interruption. Our total liability arising from a particular order will not exceed the amount actually paid to us for the affected goods or services giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

19. Indemnity

You agree to compensate Bin Saleem Apparel for reasonable losses, liabilities and costs arising from your unlawful use of the website, breach of these Terms, infringement caused by content or specifications you supplied, or violation of another party’s rights, except to the extent caused by our own breach or unlawful conduct.

20. Force Majeure

We will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, flood, epidemic, war, civil disturbance, government action, import or export restrictions, power or internet failure, transport disruption, carrier delay, labour disruption, shortage of materials or interruption in supplier services. We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect where practical.

21. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. By using the website or communicating with us, you acknowledge that policy.

22. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and dealings with Bin Saleem Apparel are governed by the laws of Pakistan. The parties should first attempt to resolve a dispute through good-faith written discussion. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it will be subject to the competent courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan, unless mandatory applicable law requires otherwise.

23. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, business practices or legal requirements. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated date. Changes will apply from the effective date shown and will not ordinarily alter a previously confirmed order unless agreed or legally required.

24. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under a confirmed order without our written consent. These Terms, together with the applicable quotation, invoice, approved specifications and written order communications, form the agreement between the parties concerning the relevant order.
